At first monitor & CPU power switch on.
After then start bottom Click, All Programs Click and Next Microsoft Office Click.

In the page Setup dialogue box you click Papers.
Paper size box click down arrow then select any paper size.
OK Click.
11. How do you see print preview your document file?

You see your whole document in the Screen. Then Click above top close .
12. How do you move cursor?
One letter Left, you press left Arrow Key.
One letter right, you press right Arrow Key.
One letter up, you press up Arrow Key.
One letter down, you press down Arrow Key.
One word right, you press Control + Right Arrow Key.
One word Left, You press Control + Left Arrow Key.
You want to come first page; you press Control + Home Key.
You want to come last page, you press Control + End Key.
13. How do you Select all document in the word file?
Control A Press.
If you want to select a specific thing, you maintain the following rules.
You select right from cursor position, Shift + Right Arrow key.
You select left from cursor position, Shift + Left Arrow key.
You select up from cursor position, Shift + Up Arrow key.
You select down from cursor position, Shift + down Arrow key.
